The 16–32 mm Dual-Station Pipe Coiler with Wrapper is an automated machine designed to wind plastic pipes with an outer diameter of 16–32 mm into uniform coils and wrap the finished coils with protective film.
It combines pipe winding and coil wrapping in one integrated system. The dual-station design helps improve production efficiency by allowing the winding stations to alternate during coil changeover, depending on the machine configuration.

Main functions and features
1. Dual-station automatic coiling
Winds continuous plastic pipe into neat, uniform coils. The two-station design helps reduce downtime during coil changeover.
2. Precise pipe arrangement
The pipe-guiding mechanism distributes the pipe evenly, helping maintain consistent coil shape and improve finished-product appearance.
3. Automatic film wrapping
Wraps finished pipe coils with protective film to help keep them clean, secure the coil and protect against dust and handling-related damage during storage and transportation.
4. Intelligent control system
The control system coordinates winding and wrapping operations. Depending on the configuration, operators can adjust winding speed, coil dimensions and wrapping parameters.
