Process 

1.1 The pipe enters the winding machine, starts counting meters, and the winding station starts the servo to arrange the pipes neatly. The winding servo is controlled by tension, and the advanced algorithm ensures the neatness of the pipe winding without deforming the pipe.

1.2 When the set length is reached, the winding stops, then automatically cut off, to prevent the coil from loosening, the cylinder clamps the coil and transports it to the bundling position through a mechanical hand. The cut pipe head is automatically fed into the coil clamping device, and the current station continues winding.

1.3 When the coil reaches the bundling station, the bundling machine starts automatically, and PP straps are used for bundling (the number of bundles can be freely set).

1.4 After bundling is completed, it is transported to the film wrapping machine by a mechanical hand for wrapping the body. After the wrapping is completed, it is automatically outputted and can be selected for automatic stacking or manually taken.
